An agreement between the local union and the hospital has been reached to ensure that the employees of the bargaining unit would receive their sick time buy back by November 23, 2011 along with the rest of the employees. If any employee who is a member of the bargaining unit who is schedule for a pay increase the last two weeks of November they should notify human resources and their sick time buy back will be adjusted appropriately. An example of this type of occurrence would be if you are changing your experience step from a one year nurse to a two year experience nurse your pay will increase on your hire anniversary date. |
