What does this mean to you?

 

If you would like to keep your current elections in place for the year 2012 plan year, no action is required on your part. You will be enrolled in the same benefit plans at the same coverage levels that you have in 2011.

 

However, you must actively make an enrollment election if you would like to:

 

· Add dependents

· Remove dependents

· Change plans

· Waive coverage in 2012

· Participate in the 2012 Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

· Enroll in the NEW Aetna DMO Dental Plan

             November 9                  2:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

             November 10                5:30 a.m. - noon

             November 11                9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

             November 16                10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

 

*** Specialist office visits will remain $20 for Bargaining Unit Members. ***
